Gabrielle is a qualified Career Counsellor and your personal cheerleader...here to walk alongside you through life’s “what now?” career moments with clarity, confidence, and care.
She brings over 20 years of experience across education, leadership, training, and operations, having worked in fields as diverse as teaching, hospitality, construction, and real estate.
Gabrielle has contributed at every level in multiple sectors, and throughout it all, her passion has remained the same: supporting people to recognise their strengths and move forward in ways that feel right for them.
She has partnered with people of all ages, from children and teenagers to adults at every stage of their journey, in roles spanning teacher, trainer, and national leadership roles. Gabrielle knows what it means to build a career that grows and adapts with you.
Her practice is grounded in a strengths-based approach and is both neuro-affirming and trauma-informed.
As a neurodivergent professional herself, Gabrielle brings lived understanding and genuine empathy to her work, recognising both the challenges and the unique perspectives neurodivergence can bring.

Qualitifications & Accreditations
Gabrielle is a Qualified Career Counsellor & Practitioner registered with a the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA). She is a member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA), and the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
She holds a Graduate Certificate in Education (Career Counselling & Development), a Graduate Diploma in Management (Learning), a Bachelor of Teaching, and a Certificate IV in New Business & Entrepreneurship - among many others!
Gabrielle is an Accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner, with the Langley Group.
Gabrielle is currently completing a Graduate Diploma of Counselling to further strengthen her trauma-informed, person-centred practice.
